Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of items that have not been worn or washed.
Before you mail it back e-mail customerservice@myfavoritehijabstore.com for a Return/Exchange #. A response will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours with an Return/Exchange # and instructions for returning your package.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Refunds are given for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping costs.
Include with your Return the invoice or a copy of the invoice received with your package and the Return/Exchange #. MyFavoriteHijabStore.com is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail, and recommends that you insure your package. Also, be sure to put the merchandise in a plastic cover (a grocery bag will do) before returning it.
Refunds will be credited to your account upon receipt of the return package.

You can make secure payments to www.MyFavoriteHijabStore.com through our secure PayPal shopping cart, using your PayPal account or major credit card.
You can tell that a page is secure if the address begins with https:// before the domain name. Your personal information is protected by PayPal: we never see your credit card number. The information that we do collect from you (name, address, e-mail) will not be sold or given to anyone else, and we will only use that information to send you merchandise, and important information about the website or your purchase.
